The area was built by Skanska between 1987 and 1989 and comprises of approximately 440 houses (in a number of models). It’s built on the cliffs overlooking the sea and the bay of Alicante, some 12 km (10 minutes by car) from Alicante international airport.
The urbanisation is gated, has 2 large pools (28 m and 18 m respectively), 2 tennis courts and a boules court. There is also a shop open all year round. It serves fresh bread daily, an assortment of groceries including a limited assortment of fruit and vegetables and Scandinavian newspapers. They also offer a limited number of food dishes.
Gardeners care for the plants and lawns, for the common areas as well as for the individual houses.
