Currently the administration for Gran Vista is handled by an independent company, Mediterraneo, normally called the Administration, or msgi. It is called “Administrator for Zona Central” in most of the phases. Their office is located at Av. Escandinavia, approximately 150 m south of the entrance to Gran Vista, and they are open week days.
Their home page www.mediterraneocomunidades.com provides information about the rights and obligations of house owners. After logging in the owner has access to notices and rules for their respective phase.
In order to be able to use the site, you must first register with MSGI, each home has a document detailing the process that needs to be followed to correctly register.
